<p>Este tema de <strong>Poleas Trapezoidales</strong> no es complicado. Para la elaboración de estas <strong>&#8220;RANURAS&#8221;</strong> hay que tener en cuenta la dimensión de la banda o correa, es decir, es necesario medir el <strong>trapecio de la banda</strong>.</p>

<p>Así, si se tiene en cuenta este perfil de la banda, es posible darse cuenta que es muy semejante a un cono, o sea, la parte más larga de la banda o la parte exterior sería como el diámetro mayor del cono, la parte más pequeña o la parte interior sería como el diámetro menor del cono y la altura de la banda, como la longitud del cono.</p>

<p>Entonces, el dilema aquí radica en encontrar el ángulo de la banda, para ubicarlo en el torno (carro superior u orientable) y poder perfilar la ranura.</p>

<p>Este procedimiento, como dije antes se asemeja o es igual al cálculo del semiángulo de los conos y para ello se aplica la siguiente fórmula:</p>

<p><strong>Dónde: </strong></p>



<p><strong>D :</strong> lado mayor de la banda<br><strong>d :</strong> lado menor de la banda y<br><strong>L : </strong>altura de la banda.</p>



<p><strong>Ejemplo:</strong></p>



<p>Si se tiene una banda con el lado mayor de 15 mm. (D), el lado menor de 11 mm. (d) y la atura de la banda es de 6,15 mm.(L), encontrar el semiángulo del trapecio, entonces aplicando la fórmula anterior:</p>



<p> <br><strong>Tang alfa = (D-d)/(2</strong><em><strong>L) </strong></em> </p>



<p><em><strong>Tang alfa</strong> = (15-11)/(2*</em>6,15)<br> <strong>Tang alfa</strong> = 4/12,3<br> <strong>Tang alfa</strong> = 0,32520325<br><strong> alfa</strong> = arc tan 0,32520325<br> <strong>alfa </strong>= 18,01°<br><strong> alfa</strong> = 18 grados.</p>

<p>Si se analizan las ranuras de las poleas, se puede observar que la altura de la ranura es muy pronunciada, y esto tiene una relación de aproximadamente 1,65 veces la atura de la banda.<br></p>



<p>Así, para el ejemplo anterior, la profundidad recomendada de la ranura trapezoidal es:</p>



<p><strong>h = 1,65 L</strong><br><strong>h</strong> = 1,65 (6,15)<br><strong>h</strong> = 10,14 mm de profundidad.</p>

<p>Otro aspecto a tener presente es el ancho de la ranura de la polea, y hay que tener en cuenta que al momento de tornear para realizar este dimensión, se debe ir probando la banda en la ranura de tal manera que la banda tiene que sobresalir por lo menos 1 o 1,5 mm de la cara de la polea.</p>

<p>Al momento de tornear la ranura es recomendable, tronzar o ranurar el canal de la polea con un buril o cuchilla de tronzar, primero dando la profundidad de la ranura y luego del ángulo de la ranura en las dos caras para obtener el perfil correcto de la ranura trapezoidal.</p>

<p>La rosca es truncada 1/8 de la altura teórica del filete, lo que configura el diámetro máximo del tornillo.</p>

<p>Las <strong>Funciones Trigonométricas</strong> relacionan los ángulos con los lados de un triángulo rectángulo. Se pueden hallar los valores de las funciones trigonométricas en función de cualquier ángulo. En la <strong>Metal mecánica</strong> las Funciones Trigonométricas son muy útiles, así que en este artículo trataré de mostrar&nbsp; los conceptos básicos de estas herramientas matemáticas.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">FUNCIONES TRIGONOMÉTRICAS</h2>



<p>Algunos Conceptos necesarios para entender estas funciones:</p>



<p><em><strong>Hipotenusa</strong></em>: es el lado más largo del triangulo rectángulo, además se puede decir que es el lado opuesto al angulo interno de 90°</p>



<p><em><strong>Cateto Opuesto</strong></em>: es el lado opuesto al ángulo del cual se quiere halla la función trigonométrica.</p>



<p><em><strong>Cateto Adyacente</strong></em>: es el lado adyacente (que está al lado) al ángulo del cual se quiere hallar la función trigonométrica.</p>

<p>Las funciones trigonométricas son inversas entre sí, por ejemplo, el seno es inverso a la cosecante del ángulo, el coseno es inverso a la secante del ángulo y la cotangente es<br>inversa a la tangente del ángulo.</p>

<p>Dónde <strong>P</strong> es el paso en pulgadas y <strong>N</strong> es el número de hilos por pulgada.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ejemplo 1 de Conversión de Hilos por Pulgada a Paso Milimétrico</h2>



<p>Si se tiene un tornillo de 1/4 de diámetro con rosca de 20 hilos por pulgada, encontrar el paso del tornillo.</p>



<p>Entonces, se aplica la fórmula anterior.</p>



<p><strong>P = 1/N</strong><br><strong>P</strong> = 1/20<br><strong>P = 0,050 in.</strong></p>



<p>Este paso está en pulgadas, pero se necesita conocer su equivalencia a <strong>milímetros</strong>, entonces hay que multiplicarlo por <strong>25,4</strong></p>



<p>Entonces:</p>



<p><strong>Pmm. = P(25,4)</strong><br><strong>Pmm.</strong> = 0,050(25,4)<br><strong>Pmm. = 1,27 mm.</strong></p>



<p>Finalmente, al hacer la correspondiente <strong>Conversión de Hilos por Pulgada a Paso Milimétrico</strong>, la rosca de 20 hilos por pulgada corresponde a un paso de 1,27 mm.</p>

<p>¿A cuántos hilos por pulgada equivale un paso de 2,5 mm.?</p>



<p>Lo primero que hay que hacer es pasar 2,5 mm. a pulgadas:</p>



<p><strong>P = Pmm./25,4</strong><br><strong>P</strong> = 2,5/25,4<br><strong>P = 0,098 in.</strong></p>



<p>De la fórmula P = 1/N, se despeja N, entonces:</p>

<li>Los discos perforados son los de tipo estándar, es decir los que son más comunes en los divisores que son:<br />

<strong>Disco No.2:</strong> 46; 47; 49; 51; 53; 54; 57; 58; 59; 62; 66 orificios.</li>

En la tabla hay que ubicar el número de divisiones que se desea realizar y en la fila se localiza el número de vueltas de la manivela del divisor, el número de orificios o perforaciones del disco y el número de orificios a ubicar con el compás del divisor.</p>

										<content:encoded><![CDATA[<div><span style="font-size: 14px;">A continuación comparto con ustedes una Tabla con <strong>Pasos de Roscado Métrico Triangular a 60°</strong>, e</span><span style="font-size: 14px;">n esta destaco <strong>la rosca</strong>, el <strong>diámetro nominal del tornillo (D)</strong>, <strong>el paso (p)</strong>, el <strong>diámetro de la broca (Db)</strong> para la elaboración de las tuercas, la <strong>profundidad del filete (H)</strong>, la <strong>profundidad del filete doble</strong> y la <strong>Profundidad del Filete a 30°(H30°)</strong>, estas dos últimas, son útiles para dar la altura o profundidad de la rosca en el torno usando bien sea únicamente el carro transversal o el carro superior inclinado a 30°</span></div>

<p>Estas tablas sirven de referencia rápida para encontrar la equivalencia entre los diferentes cortadores que existen para elaborar engranajes.</p>

<p>Muchas veces, en el proceso de encontrar el cortador adecuado para determinado engranaje que llega a nuestras manos, nos topamos con que no corresponde al sistema que se supone debería ser (milímetros o pulgadas), con lo que resulta de ayuda verificar los valores por medio de las tablas de equivalencias que se muestran a continuación.</p>

<p>Para su fabricación, se procede a montar el plato en el torno, se maquina el diámetro exterior recomendado (Der) de 107,28 mm, se hace esto para evitar que la broca de acabado (5 mm. de diámetro) no se tuerza o se rompa cuando se hacen las perforaciones de los agujeros correspondientes a los dientes del engranaje de cadena.</p>



<p>Después se traza o se marca con la cuchilla de corte el diámetro primitivo (dp) de 102,28 mm. y luego en la fresadora y mediante la ayuda del divisor o de un plato divisor, según sea el caso, se ubica la broca de centros en el trazo del diámetro primitivo y se hacen las perforaciones, primero con la broca de centros y luego las brocas sucesivas hasta llegar a la broca de 5 mm., que para este caso, es la broca que corresponde al diámetro del rodillo del engranaje. </p>



<p>Luego, se continua de la misma manera hasta completar las 20 perforaciones que corresponden a los 20 dientes de engranaje de cadena que deseamos fabricar.</p>



<p>Posteriormente, regresamos al torno y se da el diámetro exterior (de) de 105,43 mm.</p>

<p><strong>Ejemplo:</strong> Calcular todos los elementos necesarios para maquinar un engranaje cónico métrico de dientes rectos, de <strong>módulo(M) 2,5</strong>; de <strong>24 dientes(N)</strong>, de un <strong>ángulo al centro(α) de 45°</strong> y una <strong>longitud del diente de 14 mm.(L)</strong></p>

<p>Para el maquinado de los engranajes cónicos métricos, hay que tener en cuenta el <strong>ángulo de inclinación del divisor (ϗ)</strong>, que para el ejemplo es de <strong>ϗ = 41° 7’</strong> y el <strong>semiángulo del cono exterior (Δ)</strong> que es el valor del ángulo que se debe colocar en el carro orientable del torno, para tornear el engranaje cónico.</p>

<p>El roscado de varias entradas se usa para obtener grandes avances o desplazamientos rápidos entre las piezas, para la elaboración de <strong>roscas de dos o más entradas</strong>, se tiene en cuenta el paso aparente de la rosca o tornillo y el número de entradas.</p>

<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Datos de la roscas de dos o más entradas:</h2>



<p>Diámetro exterior del tornillo <strong>(DE)</strong>: 17 mm.<br>Paso aparente <strong>(Pa)</strong>: 1,25 mm<br>número de entradas <strong>(N)</strong>: 4<script src="//pagead2.googlesyndication.com/pagead/js/adsbygoogle.js" async="">&amp;amp;lt;br>&amp;amp;lt;br>&amp;amp;lt;ins class="adsbygoogle" style="display: inline-block; width: 728px; height: 90px;" data-ad-client="ca-pub-1118412584421666" data-ad-slot="1661135236">&amp;amp;lt;br>&amp;amp;lt;script>&amp;amp;amp;lt;br /> (adsbygoogle = window.adsbygoogle || []).push({});&amp;amp;amp;lt;br /> </script><br>Los cálculos o las formulas que necesitaremos son los siguientes:</p>



<p>paso real <strong>(Pr)</strong>, altura o profundidad del filete <strong>(H)</strong> y diámetro a tornear la tuerca <strong>(Dt)</strong>,</p>



<p><strong>Pr = Pa(N)</strong><br><strong>Pr</strong> = 1,25 mm (4)<br><strong>Pr</strong> = 5 mm.</p>



<p>Este paso real <strong>(Pr)</strong> es el valor que se debe ubicar en la tabla de pasos del torno.</p>



<p><strong>H: 0,6495(Pa)</strong><br><strong>H:</strong> 0,6495(1,25)<br><strong>H:</strong> 0,811875 mm.</p>



<p>En este caso, trabajaré con el carro superior inclinado a 0°, por lo que la profundidad del filete la daré con el carro transversal del torno, así que la profundidad del filete <strong>(H)</strong>, la debo multiplicar por 2 para obtener la medida total que es necesario dar en el collarín graduado de este carro.</p>

<p><strong>Ht = H(2)</strong><br><strong>Ht</strong> = 0,811875(2)<br><strong>Ht</strong> = 1,62375 mm.</p>



<p>Por último hay que calcular el diámetro a tornear la tuerca <strong>(Dt)</strong>, del tornillo de 4 entradas.<br><strong>Dt = DE &#8211; Pa</strong><br><strong>Dt</strong> = 17 mm. &#8211; 1,25<br><strong>Dt</strong> = 15,75 mm.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ahora veamos el proceso en el torno para elaborar roscas de dos o más entradas:</h2>



<p>Hay diferentes formas de elaborar roscas de dos o más entradas en el torno, para este video utilizaré el método de desplazamiento del carro superior del torno.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading"><strong>1. Elaboración del tornillo:</strong></h2>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>Para la primera pasada o la primera entrada, colocaremos el collarín graduado del carro superior en cero y se da la profundidad del filete como se calculó anteriormente. Se desplaza el carro superior una cantidad igual al paso aparente del tornillo o sea 1,25 mm. que en este torno equivale a 25 divisiones del collarín para la segunda entrada del tornillo.</li><li>De nuevo se desplaza 1,25 mm en el carro superior para la tercera entrada.</li><li>Por último se desplazan 1,25 mm para la última entrada.</li></ul>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">2. Elaboración de la tuerca</h2>



<p>El procedimiento es igual que en el del roscado exterior.</p>



<h2 class="wp-block-heading">Ahora un caso en Pulgadas</h2>



<p>Hay que tener en cuenta que en pulgadas se trabaja el concepto de <strong>&#8220;HILOS POR PULGADA&#8221;</strong> es decir, la cantidad de filetes que caben en una pulgada lineal, sin embargo, también se pueden convertir estos hilos a paso y viceversa, como en el caso milimétrico, para lo cual, se aplican las siguientes expresiones matemáticas:</p>



<p><strong>P = 1/N</strong> y<br><strong>N = 1/P</strong>,</p>



<p>dónde:</p>



<p><strong>P</strong> es el paso del tornillo y<br><strong>N</strong> es el número de hilos por pulgada.</p>



<p>Veamos un ejemplo:</p>



<p>Si se tiene una rosca es de 11 hilos por pulgada de <strong>PASO APARENTE</strong>, y 2 entradas, entonces el paso real es multiplicar el paso aparente (N = 11 hilos por pulgada) por el número de entradas del tornillo que en este caso son 2.</p>



<p>Para comprender mejor, los 11 hilos por pulgada, se deben convertir a paso, así:</p>



<p><strong>P = 1/N</strong>,<br><strong>P</strong> = 1/11<br><strong>P</strong> = 0,09090909 in.</p>



<p>Ahora con el paso del tornillo en pulgadas que es a su vez el paso aparente, se procede a calcular el paso real del tornillo:<br><strong>P = Pa</strong><br><strong>Pr = Pa(N)</strong><br><strong>Pr</strong> = 1/11 * 2<br><strong>Pr</strong> = 0,09090909 * 2<br><strong>Pr</strong> = 0,1818 in.</p>



<p>Este valor es el Paso real o el valor que se debe ubicar en las palancas de roscas del torno en pulgadas, pero, este paso <strong>NO</strong> se encuentra en la tabla del torno, precisamente porque está en modo de PASO, así que lo correcto es convertirlo a <strong>HILOS POR PULGADA</strong>, valor que SÍ se encuentra en el torno, entonces el procedimiento es así:</p>



<p><strong>N = 1/Pr</strong><br><strong>N</strong> = 1/0,181818<br><strong>N</strong> = 5,5 ó 5 1/2 hilos por pulgada. valor que sí se puede hallar en la tabla del torno.</p>



<p>El cálculo de la altura del filete del tornillo es igual a 0,6495/5,5 = 0,118 in.</p>



<p>El desplazamiento del carro superior es igual al paso aparente. o sea 0,0909 in.</p>
